Lovely lakeside setting with plenty of wildlife. Clean and well-equipped caravan with a spacious living area.
Lack of communication about necessary amenities like toilet roll and cleanliness of towels. No WiFi or TV in the caravan, which made it difficult to stay connected and entertained.

our stay at the caravan park in Burgh le Marsh was amazing! The place was spotless and fully equipped, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We loved the abundance of wildlife around the lakes. Definitely coming back for another wonderful getaway!

Brand new caravan park, well-maintained grounds, beautiful lake, helpful reception staff, and convenient on-site shop for essentials. Donkey feeding a unique experience. Perfect for families with children, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Easy access to beaches and local shops. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this peaceful and serene location. the quietness and calmness of the surroundings truly made it a perfect getaway. the lake on the property was a beautiful sight, adding to the overall tranquility of the place. We also appreciated the convenience of having nearby shops to stock up on essentials before arriving.
We had reserved what we thought was a villa with a balcony and lakeside view, but ended up in a caravan without these features. It was a bit of a letdown.

The location of the park was great, with the beach just a short drive away and shops nearby. the peaceful and relaxing environment made for a perfect getaway. We particularly enjoyed being able to fish in the lake right outside our door. the modern and fresh caravan provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.
There were a few downsides to our experience. there was a lack of clarity regarding the pet policy as we were told they weren't allowed, but saw many pets on the premises.
